Matthew Legaspi

Matthew has begun to teach vinyasa style yoga in 2016. He has been practicing since 2013. He is continually inspired by the strength that comes from a regular yoga practice- strength in body, strength in self acceptance, strength in community. Matt completed his 200 hour YTT in 2015. Matthew offers a class that likens yoga to a set of tools. The yoga practice is practical and accessible. He focuses on alignment and small details of the body in the postures. The discipline, breath, and mindfulness one gains are the wonderful tools then used to meet every day with sure-footedness, acceptance, and balance that comes with a yogic mindset.
