Phuong

Phuong was first introduced to yoga in 2012 when she was having back pain, low energy, and low self-motivation. She fell in love with the practice, and has been practicing ever since. She recently completed 200-hr teacher training with Becky Center at Worlds Yoga. She hopes that through yoga, her students will find not only physical health and wellness, but also a sense of inner peace. She teaches Vinyasa with focus on building strength, balance, and flexibility, by incorporating breath with mindful movements. She encourages her students to challenge themselves and push through any self limitations, and to find inner strength and balance on and off the mat.
