Smile Li started to teach vinyasa yoga since 2016 , Yoga has been a part her life since 2010 , Yoga inspired her to live every moment more mindful and grateful. At the very beginning, she thought yoga was just one type of physical workout, after doing more Asanas practice she realized yoga was not only physical exercise but also her own mind and body awareness connecting the whole universe. Practicing Asanas with kind intention makes her physical body and mind stronger and healthier.
She completed her 200hrs RYT at Worlds Yoga in November 2015 .she offer energize vinyasa flow class , help people to finding more on the mat than just exercise and learn to enjoy life in a more healthy and fulfilling manner.
