Virginia Mohammed

Virginia Mohammed has been practicing yoga for over five years. She graduated from Worlds Yoga’s Teacher Training course in December 2015. After the terrible loss of her mother, Virginia reconnected with her health and discovered the power of yoga. She embraced the physical, mental, and spiritual change through practice.
Virginia teaches a vinyase/power yoga class that makes your mind, body, and soul feel reenergized and refreshed. With a continuous flow that makes you sweat and your muscles feel strong, her yoga class will rejuvenate you. After her class you’ll feel ready to take everything that life throws at you.
