Kristian Menotti
Kristian’s passion for yoga was sparked in 2005 as she sought relief from the stressors of balancing her career as a psychotherapist with motherhood. She immediately noticed an increase in her ability to manage stress more effectively and improvement in her overall wellbeing. Yoga became more than a workout it became a very important part of her life. She completed her 200 hour teacher training from Mind Body Zone and is a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. Kristian is very passionate about sharing yoga with her students. Her classes are alignment based, playful, and heavily focused on the connection of movement with breath. She feels yoga is as much a “work in” as it is a “work out.” She draws on her back ground in psychology via integrating principles of self care, meditation and stress reduction techniques in her classes. She has a private psychotherapy practice in Menlo Park.
