Candace Alcantara
Candace is a busy wife and mother of 3 who works full time as a Project Manager. In 2011 Candace was 176lbs and was on a mission to become healthier. After dropping 50lbs through eating properly she was turned on to yoga by a friend in 2013. She tried her first yoga practice for physical exercise only. It was only after a few classes of yoga she realized that it not only helped her physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. Candace completed her 200 HRS TT at Worlds Yoga Union City in December 2014 and has been teaching since January 2015. Candace teaches a class that incorporates flow to get your body going and build our heat within with a little flavor of arm balances and inversions. Her goal is to help others discover that they too can achieve the sense of balance on all levels of our lives.
